Refunds & Returns
Select items can be refunded if it is returned within 30 days of receiving item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in original packaging.
Unfortunately, we do not offer a refund on opened or used products and do not offer exchanges
Shipping and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
To return an item, please email customer service at info@hunterswholesale.net to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return address. After receiving this information, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase.
ALL CUSTOM/PERSONALIZED ORDERS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS AND/OR REFUNDS.

Shipping
Please allow between 2-7 days for your order to arrive. If more than 7 days have passed please email us at info@hunterswholesale.net to review the status of your order. Bulk items such as Ice Eaters and Water Pumps may take up to 5-7 business days for the item to ship and for tracking to be received as it requires freight shipping.
